2024. február 27‒29. között Rotterdamban rendezték meg a Between the Old and the New World: William Ames and the Shaping of Reformed Theology and Spirituality [Régi és új között: William Ames és a protestáns teológia és lelkiség alakulása] című konferenciát.
A nemzetközi tanácskozáson február 27-én 15:00 órakor Tóth Zsombor, a BTK Irodalomtudományi Intézet Reneszánsz osztályának tudományos főmunkatársa tartott plenáris előadást The Reception of William Ames’ Oeuvre and the Shaping of Long Reformation in Hungary and Transylvania in the 17th and 18th Centuries [William Ames munkásságának recepciója és a hosszú reformáció alakulása a 17‒18. századi Magyarországon és Erélyben] címmel.
